Every project includes 7 days of support for any issues related to our work. If something breaks due to a platform change or client modification, message us for a quick fix quote. We're your backup technical team. You'll never be stuck.

Payments & Downloads

After payment, you'll receive an email with a secure download link (for templates) or a WhatsApp message to collect your access details (for WP Setup / Automation). Most deliveries are within 1-2 hours during business hours.

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and PayPal (for international clients). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You'll receive an invoice after purchase.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited. For templates, refunds are available only for critical technical defects we cannot fix. For services (WP Setup, Automation), refunds are available before work begins. Once setup starts, we offer fixes instead of refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.

Support & Updates

Every purchase includes a free support period (7-30 days) depending on the product. This covers setup guidance, bug fixes, and minor adjustments. Custom development or extensive modifications are not included — for that, we offer paid customization services at competitive rates.

Yes! Purchasers receive free lifetime updates for the template they bought. If we release a new version with bug fixes or improvements, you can download updated files from your account. No additional cost for version updates.

Yes! After the free support period, we offer optional monthly maintenance plans if you want ongoing monitoring, updates, or new workflow additions. This is especially useful for automation clients who need continuous optimization. Contact us for details.
