Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Webmolt website and purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or purchase our products.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Webmolt website and our three core services:

• HTML Templates — Ready-to-use website templates
• WP Pro Setup — WordPress installation & configuration
• Business Automation — WhatsApp, CRM & workflow integrations

2. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a template from Webmolt, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template according to your purchased plan:

• Standard License: Use to build 1 client website or personal project.
• Agency Bundle: Access to all templates across all categories for unlimited projects.

2.5 Service Agreements (WP Pro Setup & Automation)

For our WP Pro Setup and Business Automation services:

• Deliverables: Work is delivered within 24-48 hours after receiving required access credentials.
• Ownership: Upon delivery and full payment, you (or your client) own the website/setup.
• White-Label Guarantee: We work as your silent partner. We claim no credit and will never contact your clients.
• Support Period: 7-60 days of free support for bug fixes and minor adjustments post-delivery (depending on plan).
• Third-Party Tools: Some services may require ongoing subscriptions (e.g., WhatsApp API, Zapier) which are your responsibility.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw template source code to third parties (e.g., on a marketplace). (Note: You ARE allowed to sell the finished website to end-clients).
• Include templates in any online or offline archive, template collection, or design marketplace
• Use templates for any illegal or unethical purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding from the source code
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original template design

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services:

• HTML Templates: Refunds available within 7 days for corrupted files, duplicate purchases, or major discrepancies.
• WP Pro Setup & Automation: Full refund before work begins; partial refund for work in progress; no refund after delivery.

6. Support & Updates

All template purchases include:

• Lifetime access to purchased templates
• Lifetime updates for bug fixes and improvements
• Support period as specified in your license (7-60 days depending on plan)

Support includes assistance with template installation and basic customization guidance. Custom development or modifications are not included in standard support.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, code, graphics, and content on the Webmolt website are the intellectual property of Webmolt Softech Solutions. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to the buyer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our templates will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webmolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our templates or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
