1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at webmolt.com and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all services offered by Webmolt Softtech Solutions ("Webmolt", "we", "our", or "us"), including website development, AI automation, workflow setup, and related digital services.
2. Services
Webmolt provides the following services:
- Website Development: Design, development, and deployment of professional business websites, including responsive design, SEO setup, contact forms, WhatsApp integration, and hosting configuration.
- AI & Automation: Custom workflow automation using platforms such as Pabbly Connect, n8n, Make.com, and Zapier. This includes AI chatbot development, WhatsApp Business API setup, CRM integrations, email marketing automation, and lead management systems.
- Maintenance & Support: Optional ongoing support, updates, and maintenance for delivered projects.
The specific scope and deliverables for each project will be agreed upon before work begins, typically communicated via WhatsApp, email, or a formal project brief.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A 50% advance payment is required to begin work on any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon.
- For automation services, third-party platform costs (e.g., Pabbly Connect subscriptions, WhatsApp API fees) are borne by the client and are separate from our service fees.
- Recurring maintenance or support plans, if opted for, will be billed monthly or annually as specified.
4. Project Timeline & Delivery
- Website development projects are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from receipt of all required content and advance payment.
- Automation projects are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on complexity.
- Timelines may vary based on client responsiveness, scope changes, and third-party dependencies.
- We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
5. Revisions & Modifications
- Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement (typically 2–3 rounds of revisions).
- Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
- Major changes to project scope after development has begun may require a revised quotation.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Website Development: Upon full payment, you own the rights to the website design, content, and code created specifically for your project. You own the domain name and hosting account.
- Automation Workflows: All automations are built within your own accounts (Pabbly Connect, n8n, CRM, etc.). You retain full ownership and control of your workflows and data.
- Portfolio Rights: Webmolt retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Third-Party Assets: Any stock images, fonts, or third-party tools used in your project are subject to their respective licenses.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel a project before work begins, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
- If you cancel after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers time, effort, and resources already allocated.
- If Webmolt is unable to deliver the agreed project, a full refund will be provided.
- Refunds for third-party service costs are subject to the respective platform's refund policies.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide all necessary content, images, and business information in a timely manner.
- Grant necessary access to third-party accounts (hosting, domain, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.) as required for the project.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure that all content provided does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Webmolt shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or API services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
- We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, lead generation numbers, or revenue increases, as these depend on multiple external factors.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, API keys, login credentials, customer data, and internal processes. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
